		<description>Well, I agree with Phil that you should definitely do on-demand printing and maybe have an e-book version.

But I&#039;d like to see this thing worked on and worked on and then unveiled all at once. I think it will shape up to be tighter and more thematically coherent.

With a website approach, I worry that it will become an intermittently-updated blog-style project with no real deadline or deliverable.

Set the page count low, get someone to chip in on some light graphic design and self-publish. 

Those are my expanded thoughts.

You could actually sell hard-copy cookbooks through print-on-demand services online, cutting your production costs, but still keeping the option available to anyone who still has the drive to read words printed on paper rather than their monitors.</description>
