Goodbye Contestant From Last Night’s Top Chef That Shall Not Be Named
Happy Thursday!
1. Here are some thoughts from last night’s episode of Top Chef.
-It was time for Laurine to go.
She seems like a capable chef, but it was pretty obvious that last night was not her night. I say this mainly because she is no longer on the show.
-Michael is kind of a jerk when the pressure’s on. Sure splitting the money was a nice thing to do, (I will never do that if I win any sort of competition. Friends, take note.) but the constant yelling was a bit much. Take a chill pill, dude! Am I right?
-Bryan seems like a decent dude, but if I ever found a dollar on the street and decided to pop it in my wallet, he’d most likely be pretty shitty to me about it.
-Jennifer is lucky that Laurine was such a terrible host, otherwise she’d be gone.
-Kevin once again proved that he can have a bad show but still cook the shit out of some pork.
-Robin actually did ok last night, except for the part where she wouldn’t stop talking. I have a feeling that she might win simply because in every episode up to this point, someone has had an error just a little worse than any error she has made. In other words, she might win by just being good at not losing. If that happens, Tom Col-I have no idea how to spell-o will be forced to fall on his Chef’s sword in shame.
-Mike

I am shocked that this blog wasn’t highlighting the fact that Jennifer was wearing a bikini! I thought for sure you would be talking about that today, lol.
I gotta agree with all except for Robin wining. What I really like about this show is that there is (in my eyes) some debate off camera that takes into account the overall potential of these chefs. If they were simply to go by the results of every challenge then Jennifer should have gone home, but she is much better than Robin and the girl who went home last night (she is so boring I can’t even remember her name), that and she works for Eric Ripert. If Robing wins or even makes it to the final four I may just have to stop watching the show. Last season left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth.
Noooooooooooo!!!!
To Robin winning, although your theory is sound.
And to Colicchio perishing by sword. Not my Tommy!
I appreciate your headline vagueness, even though I actually got to watch last night. Go Kevin!
Those shoes look incredibly painful. I do not buy heels that are akin to ballet dancing en pointe.
