I don't think it's Hollywood's fault that zombies are played out, that's the culture this time. What with all the zombie flash mobs, and zombie books (Surviving World War Z, Zombie Pride & Prejudice, etc.) and zombie bars, it's the Internet that's pushed the meme so over the top. If anything, Hollywood will just be driving this one into the ground for the next couple of years, so if you're tired of it now... be prepared to hate every October for the foreseeable future. -Tom, who admits that you could argue that 28 Days and Shaun of the Dead started it, but those weren't Hollywood movies.
